We are excited to host you. Below, you will find all the necessary details for a seamless and stress-free check-in experience.
Entrance & Access Instructions
- Building Entrance: The photo above shows the main entrance of the building.
- Access System: On the left side of the entrance, you’ll find a keypad system (see the second photo).
- How to Enter:
1️⃣ After completing the check-in form, you will receive the access code.
2️⃣ Enter the code on the keypad.
3️⃣ The door will unlock, and you can proceed inside.
Locker Instructions
- Locker Location: The correct locker is the bottom one, marked with the number 1 (see photo above).
- Locker Code: Please contact us via WhatsApp 1 hour before your check-in time to receive the correct code.
Getting to the Apartment
- Once you retrieve the key from the locker, take the stairs to the 1st floor.
- The apartment is located on the right side and is marked with the number 1.
- This is the right apartment out of the two available on the 1st floor.
Power Activation Instructions
- Once you enter the apartment, locate the card slot on the right side of the door (see photo above).
- Insert the magnetic key card (which is attached to your keys) into the slot.
- This will activate the electricity and power up the apartment.
⚡ Important: The power will remain on as long as the card is in the slot. If you remove it, the electricity will turn off.

Emergency Instructions
- This is the electrical panel (see photo above).
- In case of emergency, please contact us for assistance.
- The apartment has a solar water heater, so there is always hot water available – you don’t need to do anything.
- If necessary, you can turn off the main power switch by lowering the main breaker in the panel.
