Main Entrance Instructions
- Building Entrance: The photo above shows the main entrance of the building.
- Access System: On the left side of the entrance, you’ll find a keypad system (see second photo).
- How to Enter:
- Enter the code 8196# on the keypad.
- The door will unlock, and you can proceed inside.
Apartment Access Instructions
- Location: Once you exit the elevator or stairs on the 2nd floor, you will find a locker on your right-hand side (see photo above).
- Locker Code: The code for the locker will be provided to you via WhatsApp.
- Please contact us 1 hour before your arrival to request the code.
- Inside the locker, you will find the keys to access the apartment, which is located next to the locker.
Power Activation Instructions
- Location: As you enter the apartment, on your left-hand side, you will find the magnetic card slot (see photo above).
- How to Use: Insert the magnetic card into the slot to activate the electricity in the apartment.
- Important: Make sure to leave the card in the slot during your stay to ensure power remains active.

Hot Water Instructions
- Location: The switch for the water heater is located in the electrical panel, labeled “Water Heater” (see photo above).
How to Use:
- Turn on the Water Heater switch.
- Wait approximately 30-40 minutes for the water to heat up.
- Important: Always turn off the switch before taking a shower to avoid the risk of electric shock.
If You Need Hot Water Again:
- Repeat the process by turning the switch back on and waiting for the water to heat up.
