Main Entrance Instructions
Main Door: The photo above shows the main door of the building.
Access:
- Once you arrive, notify us via WhatsApp.
- We will unlock the door remotely for you using our system.
Reaching the Apartment:
- Take the elevator or the stairs to the 6th floor.
- Important: The elevator has a weight limit of 3 people. Please avoid overloading it to prevent any damage or getting stuck.
Apartment Entrance Instructions
- Location: On the 6th floor, as you exit the elevator, the door is on your left-hand side (see photo above).
- Security System: The door is equipped with a digital lock.
How to Enter:
- Enter the 6-digit code that will be sent to you via WhatsApp 1 hour before your check-in time.
- After entering the code, press the bell icon (bottom-right of the keypad).
- The door will unlock.
Important:
- This procedure is required only for the first entry (check-in).
- After entering, you can take the keys from the inside magnetic lock (photo will follow) to lock and unlock the door during your stay.
- Always use the key for extra security for your belongings.
Hot Water Instructions
- Location: The switch for the water heater is located in the hallway between the two rooms, next to the apartment’s electrical panel (on the left side of the panel).
- How to Use:
- Press the switch (see photo above).
- The water heater will automatically start heating the water.
- Wait for 30-40 minutes, and the hot water will be ready.
Note: The water heater is controlled by a timer, so you don’t need to turn it off manually. It will stop heating automatically.
