We are excited to host you. Below, you will find all the necessary details for a seamless and stress-free check-in experience.

Building Entrance: The photo above shows the main entrance of the building.
Access System: On the left side of the entrance, you’ll find a keypad system (see the second photo).
How to Enter:
1️⃣ After completing the check-in form, you will receive the access code.
2️⃣ Enter the code on the keypad.
3️⃣ The door will unlock, and you can proceed inside.

Locker Location: The correct locker is the bottom one, marked with the number 2 (see photo above).
Locker Code: Please contact us via WhatsApp 1 hour before your check-in time to receive the correct code.

Once you retrieve the key from the locker, take the stairs or elevator to the 1st floor.
The apartment is located on the left side and is marked with the number 2.
This is the left apartment out of the two available on the 1st floor.

Once you enter the apartment, locate the card slot on the left side of the door (see photo above).
Insert the magnetic key card (which is attached to your keys) into the slot.
This will activate the electricity and power up the apartment.

⚡ Important: The power will remain on as long as the card is in the slot. If you remove it, the electricity will turn off.

📶 You can also scan the QR code above to connect directly to the Wi-Fi.

In case of emergency, please contact us for assistance.
The apartment has a solar water heater, so there is always hot water available – you don’t need to do anything.
If necessary, you can turn off the main power switch by lowering the main breaker in the panel.
